SAGE Centers are gathering places for LGBTQ elders throughout New York City, providing programs and services for amusement, education, health, and wellness.

This new 7,000 sq. ft. facility designed by TPA, on the ground floor of a New York City Housing Authority project, will be SAGE's second Brooklyn venue. It is scheduled for completion later in 2019.
