ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

Perform all architectural phases (SD, DD, CD and CA) under supervision of Registered Architect/ Principal. Perform adaptive reuse of complex buildings. Prepare presentations. Filing with necessary government agencies. Construction drawings. Produce 3d digital and physical models. Prepare project specifications and schedules. Review construction submittals. Oversee construction site progress. Coordinate with consultant teams. Communicate directly with clients, owners, contractors and firm leadership.

Use the following software: Vectorworks, Rhino, SketchUp, Vray and Lumion.

Requirements: Professional Bachelor of Architecture or higher + 2 years of related architectural internship or design positions
